The prices are per room, per night and include the legal VAT and breakfast.

There is no extra cost for including babies or cots in your reservation.

Payment can be made via bank transfer or debit/credit card.

Making a reservation implies an advance payment of the reservation amount, which may be refunded in the event of cancellation of the reservation, within the conditions set out in the Cancellation Policy.

Check-in can be done from 3 pm, and check-out must take place by 12 pm. If you arrive at the House before the indicated time, and the room is already available, check-in can be done at that time. If this is not possible, you can always make use of the other common spaces and amenities at Casa de Campo while you wait. If you wish to check-in at a late hour, you must communicate this fact to Casa de Campo and articulate the time so that your reception takes place without constraints.

The Cancellation Policy may change in the case of promotional campaigns. However, the normal cancellation policy provides for the possibility of cancellation without penalty if it occurs up to 30 days before arrival, a 50% penalty for cancellations up to 20 days before the arrival date.

Private parking is available free of charge. However, Casa de Campo Franco da Serra is not responsible for any damage suffered by vehicles.

Casa de Campo Franco da Serra adopts a non-smoking policy, meaning smoking is prohibited in rooms and interior areas.

During your stay, please notify our team immediately if you notice any damage to the rooms or equipment. We will take all necessary actions to troubleshoot problems and make sure equipment and facilities are working properly.

The Country House reserves the right to demand payment for damages caused by negligence or misuse by guests.

Cleaning service is available daily, although room towels are expected to be changed every 2 days.

Casa de Campo provides towels for exclusive use in the Casa's swimming pool. The first towel (per guest) is free. Extra towels are available at an additional cost. 

Pets are not allowed in accommodations or common areas.

There is no minimum number of nights for your stay.
