  • Valid for 12 months after the date of issue, after which the voucher will be automatically cancelled.
  • Valid for any period of the year, subject to accommodation availability
  • The holder of the voucher is considered the owner of the voucher and may deduct the value of the voucher from the price of the stay when paying
  • If the value of the voucher exceeds the value of the stay, there will be no refund or credit for the remaining amount.
  • It is mandatory to present the voucher at check in.
  • In case of loss of the voucher, it will not be reissued.
